Prior to the new tenant moving in and at regular intervals, your property is inspected to ensure that it is being properly maintained and that the tenant is happy and being serviced correctly. You will be provided with a written report after each periodic inspection.
Your investment will need to be maintained to keep its value. Repairs are carried out strictly in accordance with your instructions. Urgent repairs to an essential service are dealt with immediately in order to mitigate any possible loss. Your monthly statement will include copies of all invoices.
