I spoke to Kate regarding a property which turned out to be unsuitable for us, however she took my details & asked me what we were looking for. We were quite particular - we wanted a home with a north facing backyard & were very keen on a certain street. Within 24hrs Kate called me as she had a home for us in the right street with north facing yard! It was fate & we were blown away! We were able to buy the property before it went on the market which took a lot of the uncertainties out of the process & made the purchase a pleasure. Kate always kept us informed throughout the negotiations & nothing was too much trouble. All our questions were answered very quickly & Kate had good suggestions regarding possible renovations & how we could turn a negative into a positive. Kate is much more than just an order taker like some agents! We wouldn't hesitate to use her to sell our own property when the time comes & will definitely buy through Kate again if the opportunity presents itself.
