Kate ensured we had ample time to inspect the property including a private viewing. As it was in need of some work, Kate provided us with the details of an architect and builder who took to the time to do a walk through with us. Sure enough, this was 'the one'.

We were particularly impressed with how professional Kate was throughout the purchase of our new home. It was clear that she was ensuring the Vendor was being looked after as well as us (her other clients). Kate managed both parties so well which couldn't have been easy and executed the transaction beautifully.

We now consider Kate a friend who quite literally made our dreams come true.
