Many thanks for selling my property on Saturday. I am really glad it went to auction because there could always have been the risk that an early offer would fall over and then I would have had to go through all the styling process again plus I didn't want any delays with winter closing in. As it was we were so lucky with the weather.

Also auction is more satisfying as I'm sure it reflects the market value of a property even though not every potential buyer might be there at the time.

I am also very pleased that the house will not be detonated as my mother's spirit is still there somewhere, and it's a happy thought that little children will play in the courtyard and that their parents will be content there.

I'm glad Irene liked that ferny wall behind the kitchen because I always thought it quite romantic.

Apart from thanking you I would like to commend your excellent marketing skills, tireless enthusiasm and energy and complete professionalism.

I had every faith in your ability to pull the sale off and I was very impressed by your attention to detail and found your constant feedback very welcome.

At no stage did I feel in the dark or that the sale of my property was 'just another job'! I also appreciated your immediate return of phone calls and email - I wish everyone could be so attentive.
